How to Return an Item
To process a return, simply send the item back to us within 14 days of receipt, ensuring it is in:
- Original condition
- Unused and re‑sellable
- Original packaging
Eligible returns can be refunded (minus postage & packaging) or exchanged.
Important:
Free UK mainland shipping applies only if you keep the item.
If you return the product, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Incorrectly Ordered Items
If you purchased the wrong item and wish to return it:
- You are responsible for safe return packaging
- You must cover the return postage cost
- Our original postage & packaging cost will be deducted from the refund
Please ensure the item is securely packaged. You may reuse the original box (if undamaged) or use a strong replacement box with proper tape to prevent damage during transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, it must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for the return postage in all cases
- We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage in case the parcel is not received
